The answer to last week’s question, the answer is no, the bottom has yet to be reached. Horizontal rigs dropped a total of five this week. Significant changes in two Texas counties this week. On the positive side, Martin Co. added five rigs bringing the total to 18. In contrast, Reeves Co. lost three rigs for a total of 8.
